Sod is only as good as the soil under it and the water on it for the first month. Royalty Landworks preps the ground, grades it smooth with positive slope, amends soil where Park City's clay and rock call for it, checks irrigation coverage, then lays sod tight and rolls it. We use cold-hardy bluegrass and fescue blends from Utah sod farms and give you a watering schedule for establishment. For large areas and slopes we also hydroseed or drill seed.

Park City sod needs roots down before the ground freezes, so we install in the windows that allow it and skip the ones that do not. New lawns work best with our irrigation systems and stay healthy on weekly lawn care.
